Thanks to our region, Val d'Oise, MASTER UPS has canvassed the russian market, during the "France tech Russia 2003" trade fair in Moscow. This trade fair, which was the first of this kind, has taken place from the 7th to the 10th of october and the goal for french technological companies (80% SME) was to meet russian companies in order to make partnership.
